John Menchaca

John Menchaca is a Partner at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, specializing in corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and venture transactions. With over 30 years of experience, John has guided various companies through capital raising and strategic acquisitions, including serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at CSIdentity Corporation, where they managed critical fund-raising and acquisition processes leading to the company’s purchase by Experian. Previously, John held shareholder positions at Jenkens & Gilchrist and Winstead, PC, and led the Corporate/Securities Practice Group at Enoch Kever PLLC. John earned a J.D. magna cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law and a B.A. in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
