Michael Sokolowski

Michael Sokolowski is a partner at Michael Best, where they serve as an employment litigator and trusted advisor to businesses, nonprofits, and management on complex labor and employment issues. With significant experience in state and federal courts, they have successfully represented various clients, including obtaining favorable outcomes in class certifications, contract disputes, and compliance matters. Michael also holds an elected position on the board of directors for LACBAC, Chicago’s LGBTQ+ bar association, and previously served as Vice President for the University of Michigan Club of Chicago. They earned an A.B. with Distinction in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
