Michelis is a 1919's craft company born in Mondovì (a smart city near Langhe) composed by 4 different laboratories in which are made different kind of products: fresh pasta, bronze wire-drawing and frozen pasta; pastry specialties and handmade breadsticks of Mondovì; appetizers, sauces, jams, fruit and gastronomic specialties of the Langhe, packaged in glass (Michelis gourmet food line interpreted from the recipes of the starred chef Davide Palluda); and also pasta and pastries gluten free products.
