Michigan Ability Partners (MAP) is a private non-profit agency that has been creating opportunities for persons living with disabilities in Southeast Michigan since 1985. MAP assists over 1,500 individuals each year, offering Permanent Supported Housing, Supportive Services including case management, Rapid Re-Housing, Employment Training, Job Placement Services, and Representative Payee services. MAP’s mission is to partner with Veterans and people who have disabilities in support of their self-directed transformation to self-sufficiency.
