Mickai® is the sovereign intelligence operating system. Fully local, patent-protected, governed by you.

━━━ SOVEREIGN BY ARCHITECTURE ━━━

Every prompt, document and decision stays on your machine. No cloud. No telemetry. No subscription. No API key.

Mickai runs entirely on your own hardware (CPU or GPU), with hardware-bound cryptographic identity and an air-gapped mode. If the network goes down, Mickai keeps working.

━━━ GOVERNED BY YOU ━━━

Every inference is written to a tamper-evident, post-quantum-signed (ML-DSA) audit ledger only you hold the keys to. Every tool call passes through a user-governed permission model: filesystem, shell, browser, window and app control all require explicit clearance.

Role-based access, egress allow-lists, voice-biometric quorum, moral-reasoning-gated decision versioning, dead-man's-switch. AI Act and ISO 42001, designed in from day one.

━━━ CAPABILITIES ━━━

• Real large language models up to 32B parameters, GPU-accelerated (CUDA)
• 50 brains (25 domain and 25 operational) orchestrated by a deterministic arbiter
• 35+ agentic tools under user-governed permissions
• 9-type artifact system: Word, Excel, PDF, PowerPoint, SVG, Markdown, HTML, diagrams, code
• Offline RAG knowledge bases: semantic retrieval, citation-grounded, half-life decay
• Vinis voice command centre: configurable wake word, local STT/TTS, voice biometrics
• Anti-deepfake provenance: per-frame signed avatars, dual-layer audio watermark, ChatClone attestation
• Hereditas: post-mortem digital inheritance, multi-sig, revocable while alive
• Neuromorphic sovereign gateway, poison-resistant signed training, multi-level security for embodied AI

━━━ PROTECTION ━━━

89 UK patent applications filed, approximately 1,982 formal claims, GB2607309.8 to GB2612793.6 (UK IPO). Mickai™ is a registered UK trade mark UK00004373277.

Mickai is not a cloud service. It is the intelligence operating system you own, for people and institutions who refuse to be the product.
