Gordon Hurst

Gordon Hurst has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1989. Gordon began their career as a Test Engineer at Ferranti Defence Systems Ltd in 1989. Gordon then moved to Ferranti UK (Edinburgh) where they worked as a Radar Development Engineer. In 1993, they joined Digital Microwave Corporation and held the role of General Manager. Gordon then moved to Stratex Networks, where they worked as Director of Product Compliance. In 2002, they became President & CEO of MiCOM Labs where they strategically positioned the company for growth and development while increasing the range of services. Gordon is also a visionary in the development of cloud-based services, having managed the design, development, and integration of a full range of service applications.

Gordon Hurst attended Edinburgh Napier University from 1984 to 1989 and earned a BSc. Hons 2:1 in Communication & Electronic Engineering.
