Stephen Agar

Stephen Agar is a seasoned executive in the mail and logistics sector with a career spanning over three decades. Since 2022, they have served as the Postal Affairs Director at Citipost Mail, while also holding the position of Non-Executive Chairman at Micom. Previously, Stephen was the Regulatory Affairs Director at Royal Mail Group Ltd and has held various leadership roles, including positions at Royal Mail and Mail Consultancy Services Ltd. An alumnus of the University of Oxford, they hold a BA in Jurisprudence and a BCL in Law, furthering their education at the Inns of Court School of Law. Currently, Stephen is responsible for overseeing revenues of approximately £3.5 billion, specializing in marketing, regulation, and corporate governance.
