MICOMA Enterprises is a Business Process Management Support Tool and Training solutions consulting service comprised of 2-Divisions with separate business concentrations:

EXCELLENT Desktop Tools provides innovative support to clients in creating or enhancing their Microsoft Office desktop business process tools.
Our business is about improving customer’s desktop process efficiencies, anticipating their desktop needs, and illustrating ways to transform their own technology into a visible “waste reduction machine” that immediately impacts profitability.

We use tried & true techniques to integrate real process enhancements to improve the way Office products have been traditionally deployed in many organizations.

EXCELLENT Lean Sigma provides Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Training, Certification and support through collaboration with the Six Sigma Management Institute, which was started by Dr. Mikel J. Harry, the co-creator and chief architect of Six Sigma.

We provide a world class blended LSS Training model, along with unmatched Materials to industries across the world from the “originators” of Six Sigma. SSMI is the only way LSS practitioners can achieve their credentials from the organization created by Dr. Mikel J. Harry, and the only avenue to gain access to the 4th Generation of Six Sigma evolution.

The LSS Training we provide will be aligned with a new Global Registry of Lean Six Sigma expertise that stands head and shoulders above any other training program for LSS, since it will be sourced from Dr. Harry’s 4-Generations of Six Sigma body of knowledge (current practitioners have had access to only the 1st and 2nd Generations of Six Sigma training).

MISSION
MICOMA Enterprises is focused on changing the way business thinking is done by creating a cooperative between enhanced business knowledge of the 20th century (Lean Six Sigma philosophies) and available technology mechanics (hardware & software).
