Barend Beenackers

Barend Beenackers has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Barend is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at MIcompany, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) company based in Amsterdam and Tel Aviv. As COO, Barend is responsible for driving AI transformations by building solutions and skills. Prior to their current role, Barend worked at Deloitte Nederland, where they held various leadership positions in the Strategy & Operation Financial Services Industry division. During their time at Deloitte, Barend led large cross-functional teams, specializing in digital transformations, operational due diligence, post-merger integration, performance improvement, and resolving duty of care issues. Alongside their career at Deloitte, Barend also co-founded Process Express, where they worked as a Business Consultant. Barend also has experience serving as a Boardmember at Stichting Platform Huurdersbelangen and as an Intern at ING Investment Management. Barend started their professional journey as the Chairman of Integrand Nijmegen. Barend's diverse background and extensive experience in business transformation make him a valuable asset in driving AI innovations and organizational growth at MIcompany.

Barend Beenackers obtained their MSc degree in Business Administration from Radboud University, where they studied from 2000 to 2006.
