Cojocaru Ciprian is a project manager with extensive experience in the construction industry, focusing on residential and commercial real estate. They have successfully led numerous large-scale projects, managing budgets, timelines, and teams to ensure quality and efficiency. Previously, Cojocaru served as a project manager for MD Enertech Ltd & DPC Ltd, where they oversaw various significant projects with values ranging from £1.8 million to £18 million. They hold an NVQ Level 6 Construction Site Management Diploma from the University of London and possess several certifications including SMSTS and IOSH Managing Safely. Currently, they are the Director General at CCG Constructii si Reform SRL and continue to seek new challenges in project management.
