German Paez

German Paez is an accomplished mechanical designer with a robust background in product development and optimization, currently serving as a mechanical designer at Micro Bird Inc. since May 2016. Responsibilities include 3D and 2D modeling using SolidWorks, analyzing the feasibility of new options, creating work instructions for production, and collaborating with various departments to resolve product-related issues. Prior experience includes an engineering internship at Matritech Inc., roles involving the assembly and commerce of computers in vehicles at CAR PC Colombia, and extensive experience as a technician at Mazda Colombia, conducting mechanical, electrical, and chemical tests in compliance with ISO standards.
