Thierry Thiffault

Thierry Thiffault is an experienced manufacturing director currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering & Quality at Micro Bird Inc. Since 2021, they have focused on optimizing production processes and implementing new products through Lean 6-Sigma methodologies. Earlier, they held the position of Production Director at Aliments Trans Gras Inc. from 2020 to 2021, where they directed and developed manufacturing operations. With a career that began in production roles at Soucy Caoutchouc from 1991 to 2001, Thierry has developed expertise in process improvement and team management. They also hold a Certification in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing from Mouvement Québécois de la Qualité and are pursuing a Certificate in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management at UQTR.
