Eric Lau

Vice President Of Product Development at Micro Connect | 滴灌通

Eric Lau began their work experience in 2017 as a Summer Analyst at Fitch Ratings, where they focused on APAC Sovereign analysis. In 2017, they also worked as a Short Term Consultant at the World Bank Group. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) in the China Connect role. Currently, Eric holds the position of Vice President, Portfolio Management and Solutions at Micro Connect. In this role, they are responsible for portfolio management, structured product development, product specialization, fund raising, and direct investment in onshore consumption sectors.

Eric Lau holds a Master's Degree in International Economics & China Studies from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and International Studies at The Johns Hopkins University from 2013 to 2016. Eric Lau attended Queen's College from 2006 to 2012 for their High School education. In addition, they are a Level II CFA Candidate, as certified by the CFA Institute.
