Suresh Pai

Suresh Pai is a Senior General Manager in Learning and Development at Micro Labs Limited, where they currently lead the training function for Chronic Care Teams. With extensive experience in training and sales management across various companies, Suresh has a proven track record in capability building for sales teams, training content development, and coaching across multiple business units in India. Previously, Suresh held regional training positions at SUN PHARMA and Sanofi, where they drove training interventions and managed training strategies effectively. Suresh also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree from Mangalore University.
