Tor Braham

Tor Braham holds a significant position in the corporate governance space, currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for IAC and A10 Networks, Inc. Since 2016, Braham has been involved with Princeville Global as a member of the Advisory Board and has maintained a longstanding role with Micro Lambda Wireless, Inc. since 1987. Previous board positions include Viavi Solutions, Inc., Altaba, Inc., Sigma Designs, Inc., and NetApp. Additionally, Braham has been associated with Special Purpose Acquisition Companies such as Live Oak Acquisition Corp. and Live Oak Acquisition II.
