Gregor Axt

Gregor Axt is an executive leader specializing in digital transformation, AI, and cloud innovation, with a history of driving industrialization and P&L leadership across various sectors including technology, industry, MedTech, and defense. They began their career as an intern at BMW Group South Africa before advancing to a software consultant role at Siemens PLM Software. From 2006 to 2015, Gregor served as Gruppenleiter Test und Absicherung at ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH, and later held multiple leadership positions at Bertrandt Group, including Head of Department eMobility Testing Solutions. Currently, they are the Director of Testing Solutions at MicroNova, leading initiatives in testing and validation. Gregor earned their Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Ilmenau, completing their studies in 2004.
