Martin Stensgaard

Martin Stensgaard is the Chief Executive Officer of Micro Precision Technologies, a role held since 2024. They bring extensive experience in general management, operations, product line management and program management, with a focus on creating customer-focused, scalable technology organizations. They previously served as Director of Operations at L3Harris Technologies from 2020 to 2024 and as General Manager at TTM Technologies from 2018 to 2019. Their career includes multiple roles at Anaren Microwave and Anaren Ceramics from 1996 to 2005, including MW design engineering and product line management, with a broad technical background in high frequency electrical engineering and process engineering for PCBs, Thick Film and Multi-Layer LTCC. They have operational experience with both high-volume production and low-volume high-value manufacturing, and have focused on Lean production and KPI-driven improvements, as well as system-building with innovation, technology and human capital to create a customer-focused efficient organization.
