Daniel Araya

Daniel Araya has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Daniel is currently working as the Sales Director for Contract Manufacturing at MicroTechnologies since February 2022. Previously, they held positions at CoolIT Systems as the Director of Business Development from October 2021 to March 2022, and as the Manager of Global Accounts from March 2021 to October 2021.

Daniel also has extensive experience in the medical devices industry. Daniel served as the Sales Director for Medical Devices at MicroTechnologies from April 2018 to March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Sales Manager for Medical Devices/Tooling Solutions from April 2017 to April 2018, and as a Medical Devices and Tooling Sales Engineer from April 2015 to April 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Commodity Buyer and CSR Representative from April 2013 to May 2015.

Before entering the corporate world, Daniel gained valuable experience as a Project Manager Assistant at the National Program of Conservation Areas from March 2012 to July 2012, and at the Central American Agricultural Council from August 2011 to December 2011.

Daniel Araya completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica from 2008 to 2012. Daniel then pursued a Licenciatura in International Business/International Trade from the same university from 2012 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Daniel has obtained several certifications, including "Smart Selling" from Jack Daly in November 2015, "Forging Leaders" from RLS Partners in January 2015, "Inspiring Trust" from Franklin Covey in August 2014, and "I Workshop of Enterprise Social Responsibility in Costa Rica" from AEDCR in October 2012.
