Robert Bulitta has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Robert began their career at Danaher Motion PMI Inc as a Senior CAD Designer from September 1997 to February 2000, where they designed a standard product line and performed detailed design and drafting for prototypes and production products.

Robert then joined ADS/Transicoil, starting as a Director of Engineering in December 2004 and later taking on the roles of Director of Engineering & Quality Assurance and Technical Sales Manager. In these roles, they oversaw design engineering, CAD, new product development, and quality/process improvement. Robert also played a key role in securing new business and increasing sales.

In 2013, Bulitta joined Micro Weld | Micro Products Company as Vice President of Engineering, responsible for driving positive change and transforming the organization. Robert later became the Chief Operating Officer, leading manufacturing operations, increasing profit, and developing new business.

Throughout their career, Bulitta has demonstrated problem-solving skills, a direct approach to inefficiency correction, and a track record of driving positive change. Robert has also participated in higher-level meetings and has experience in new market entry, talent recruiting, and building high-performance teams.

Robert Bulitta completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bradley University: Foster College of Business in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, New York in 1996.
