Aulia Rizky is an experienced professional with a background in Human Resources and AI training. Currently serving as an AI Trainer - Expert at micro1 since October 2025, Aulia has previously held various HR roles at Xtremax, including Associate People & Culture Executive and People & Culture Executive I, where responsibilities focused on People Development, Performance Management, and supervising HR processes. Aulia further enhanced expertise as a Performance Management Specialist at PT Eka Boga Inti, managing processes for around 7,000 employees, and has also worked as a Junior Assistant Manager during the Management Trainee program at TACO Group.
