Steve Lyons

Steve Lyons is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and systems engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of MSP at MicroAge, Steve previously held the position of Manager of Infrastructure Engineering at Choice Hotels International, where responsibilities included managing cloud and on-premises Windows servers, Microsoft 365, and Citrix environments. Prior to that, Steve managed systems engineering teams at Aetna and worked at IBM in various roles, including Service Delivery Manager and Systems Engineering Consultant. Steve began their career as a Lead Systems Administrator at American Express. Steve holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Finance, from the University of Phoenix.
