Lutz Bonacker is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Microbio since November 2025, Lutz previously held multiple senior leadership positions at CSL from 2006 to October 2025, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Operations in Europe, and Managing Director of several CSL Behring entities. Earlier career milestones include the role of Managing Director at ratiopharm, and various directorial positions at Bristol Myers Squibb and Roche. Lutz holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the Max-Planck Institute for Terrestrial Microbiology, a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business Administration Zurich, and a Staatsexamen in Pharmacy from Marburg University.
