Nathan Schultz

Nathan Schultz has a diverse work history, starting as a Summer Intern/Terminal Assistant at Marathon Petroleum Company in 2007. Nathan then moved on to work as a Head Compounding Pharmacy Technician at Island Compounding Pharmacy in 2010. From 2012 to 2017, Nathan held roles at Benebios, Inc. such as Associate Research Scientist and Quality Control Laboratory Manager. Since 2017, Nathan has been working at Microbiologics, starting as a Technical Specialist and progressing to roles like Custom Production Manager and Senior Director of Operations. Throughout their career, Nathan has demonstrated a focus on continuous improvement, inclusive leadership, and creating dedicated teams.
