Tamara Wiper

Tamara Wiper has held various roles in the health and wellness industry since 1999. Tamara began their career as a Private Trainer and Pilates Instructor at The Sports Club LA/ Orange County in 1999. In 2005, they became the Owner and Instructor at A Theory In Motion Pilates Studio. In 2016, Tamara opened their own business, Wellness Evolved Functional Health Coaching, where they served as Owner and Coach. As a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, they empowered their clients by teaching them a model of self-care to relieve a variety of health complaints and improve their overall well-being. In 2017, Tamara became a Master Trainer at Studio M Pilates Sonoma, where they specialized in Corrective Exercise and was certified in Pre-Natal and Post-Pardum Pilates instruction. Currently, Tamara serves as the Tennessee Regional Account Manager at Microbiome Labs, the creators of MegaSporeBiotic.

Tamara Wiper has an FDN-P from Functional Diagnostic Nutrition\u00ae (FDN) in the field of Functional Medicine, which they are currently pursuing. Tamara also holds a BA from UC Irvine in Social Ecology, which they obtained between 1985 and 1991.
