Roslyn Hendriks has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several roles and industries. Roslyn is currently the Director at UniSA Ventures since 2023. Prior to this, they were the Co-founder & Advisor, and later Chair and Founding CEO at Tend from 2020 to 2022. In 2017, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at C-Suite Corporate LLC, a boutique consulting agency focused on business transformation.

Roslyn also has experience as a Member of the Board of Directors at Uptake Health Capital Partners Pty Ltd (formerly teQstart Pty Ltd) from 2008. Roslyn has served in various roles at different organizations, such as Chief Commercial Development Officer at Garvan Institute of Medical Research (2022-2023), Principal at NextLevel - Building Enterprise Value (2019-2022), and Member on the Operational & Commercialisation Advisory Committee at Burnet Institute (2019-2021).

Additionally, Roslyn has held leadership positions at Immunexpress Global Group, including Member of the Board of Directors (2007-2017) and Founding CEO & President (2006-2017). Roslyn has also served on the Board of Directors at The University of Queensland in America (TUQiA) from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder & Senior Consultant at Management Strategy & Innovation Pty Ltd, trading as Consulting@MSI, specializing in corporate governance, strategy development, and IP management.

Roslyn Hendriks has a diverse education history, spanning various fields of study. Roslyn completed their PhD in Medicine, Pharmacology at The University of Queensland from 1983 to 1986. Following that, they pursued an MBA in Business at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 1993 to 1996.

In their earlier years, Roslyn Hendriks obtained a degree in Veterinary Medicine, specializing in Clinical Medicine, from The University of Queensland between 1975 and 1979. Prior to that, they completed their Matriculation at Somerville House from 1968 to 1974, focusing on Science and Art.

Roslyn Hendriks also briefly attended the University of California, Davis in 1982, with a field of study in Medical Pharmacology, although no specific degree was mentioned.

In addition to their formal education, Roslyn Hendriks has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Roslyn completed the Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development program at The Wharton School in October 2022. In February 2019, they gained a certification in Digital Marketing from General Assembly. Furthermore, they obtained the Fellow certification from the NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) in February 2018.
