Lucija Matkovic

Lucija Matkovic has extensive work experience in various roles related to procurement and office operations. Lucija is currently working as the Office Operations Lead at Microblink since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Group Procurement - IT Category Manager at Addiko Bank Hrvatska from June 2020 to May 2021. From June 2011 to June 2020, they worked as a Senior sourcing/Procurement Specialist at Procurement Services HR d.o.o., where they managed categories such as Storage, Databases, and Printing and Imaging for Erste Bank entities across different countries. Before that, they held roles such as Strategic Purchasing Expert at VIPnet d.o.o. from July 2007 to May 2011, Purchasing Team member at Vip Mobile (Serbia) from December 2007 to June 2008, and Technology Group Purchasing Manager at mobilkom austria from October 2006 to November 2007. Lucija started their career as an Area Purchaser at VIPnet d.o.o. from October 2003 to August 2006. Prior to entering the procurement field, Lucija worked as a Broker at ZB Brokeri, brokerage house of Zagrebačka banka (Unicredit Group) from October 2002 to October 2003. Lucija began their professional journey as a Senior Tax Administrator at the Ministry of Finance Croatia, Tax department from October 1996 to October 2002.

Lucija Matkovic obtained a Master's Degree in Economics with a specialization in Finance, General from the University of Zagreb / Sveučilište u Zagrebu, where they studied from 2003 to 2016. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified SAFe 4 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in October 2019, and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute obtained in February 2020.
