Nicole Hoekenga - Russo has held various roles throughout their work experience. Nicole is currently a Member of the Board of Advisors at Carter Morse & Goodrich, where they have been since 2020. Additionally, they serve as the Chief Executive Leadership Institute at Yale School of Management since January 2020. Prior to these roles, they served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at The WorkPlace from 2018 and at Ultra Pure, LLC from 2016. Nicole also has experience as the Chief Executive Officer at Microboard, a leading edge Electronic Manufacturing Services firm since 2005. Before that, they worked as the Vice President - Distressed Debt at GE Capital from 1999 to 2004.

Nicole Hoekenga-Russo completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business at Salve Regina University from 1992 to 1996. In 1999 and 2000, they attended the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, but the degree obtained is unknown. Nicole then pursued further education in strategic thinking, attending the New York University in 2016 for Breakthrough Strategic Thinking. In 2017, they attended the Harvard Business School for a program in Strategic IQ, and in 2018, they briefly studied at the Yale School of Management for Women on Boards, with no specified field of study.
