Alessandro Ofner

Alessandro Ofner is the co-CEO and Founder of Microcaps, a position held since January 2018. Prior experience includes serving as a PhD Student at ETH Zurich from April 2015 to October 2018 and as a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Tsukuba for a brief period in 2018. Alessandro's tenure at Harvard University as a student spanned from August 2014 to March 2015, along with a role as Director of Marketing and Product Development at AllergyCare AG from July 2012 to July 2014. An internship at Franke was completed in late 2012. Alessandro's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Science and a Master of Science from ETH Zürich, as well as additional studies in biotechnological fields at EPFL and Universidade de São Paulo.
