Martin Steiner is currently the Head of Process Engineering at Microcaps, where they innovate smart process automation solutions. Previously, Martin served as a Senior Process Engineer at Hitachi Zosen Inova from 2014 to 2019, and as a Project Manager in R&D at Von Roll Inova from 2008 to 2014. They also held the position of Manager Technical Service & Engineering / Deputy CTO at Oro de Cacao AG from 2024 to 2025. Martin earned their degree from ETH Zürich in 2007.
