Rudy Niquille is a retired International Operations Executive in the Flavours and Fragrances industry, currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Microcaps and ELLA K PARFUMS. They have held significant roles including Head of Global Operational Excellence Flavours and Head of Global Operations in the Taste & Wellbeing Division at Givaudan, as well as various leadership positions in sales and procurement across Europe and North America. In addition to their corporate roles, Niquille is actively involved in local governance as a City Councillor in Coppet.
