John Stardellis

John Stardellis, CPA, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. John currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of MicroCare, LLC, a global leader in mission-critical cleaning, coating, and lubricating. As CFO, they oversee the financial operations of the company and supports clients in various industries.

Prior to their current role, John worked as the CFO at i-Health, Inc., a division of DSM, where they played a critical role in driving rapid revenue and profit growth. John also led the finance team at the Latin America Finance Director for Edgewell Personal Care, where they established new processes and hired a new team.

Before joining Edgewell, John held several roles at Energizer Holdings. As the Global FP&A Director, they led the performance analytical process and improved coordination across divisions. John also served as the Global Finance Director for the Private Brands Group, where they successfully integrated a newly acquired business and identified synergies. Additionally, they held positions as Sales Finance Director and Senior Sales Finance Manager, providing strategic decision support and developing customer plans.

Prior to Energizer, John worked at Diageo, where they held various finance manager roles, focusing on marketing decision support and innovation.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated strong leadership skills, driving growth, improving financial performance, and establishing efficient processes.

John Stardellis, CPA holds an MBA and an MS degree in Accounting from Northeastern University. John also obtained a BA degree in Economics/Political Science from the University of Rochester. In addition, John has been certified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by the State of CT.
