MICROCEL S.A.S was founded in 1979 by Eduardo Franco Yepes in Barranquilla, Colombia, as a company specializing in the production of rigid polyurethane foam as an insulation material for Industrial Refrigeration and Commercial-Residential construction projects.

During the past 39+ years, the company has worked on projects within Colombia, created products to supply the market demand and built strong commercial relationships with important companies in the Retail, Hospitality, Construction, Industrial and the Refrigeration fields.

MICROCEL’s Head Office & Manufacturing Facilities is strategically located in Barranquilla, along the northern coast of Colombia, with access to the Caribbean sea, which allows ease of potential business opportunities in the North American market.
