Bill Kassing

Bill Kassing is currently the Sr. Support and Special Projects Manager at Microchip Technology, where they have worked for the last 17 years. With over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Bill has held various roles in production, including Supervisor and Manager positions. They have recently taken on a Project Management role focused on leading building expansion and renovation projects, emphasizing productivity improvements through data and metrics, team leadership and coaching, and effective communication across all levels. Bill's prior experience includes positions at Intel, BIOTRONIK, IDT, and LSI Logic. They are pursuing education at Western Oregon University.
