Dan Dugan is the Director of Process Engineering at Microchip, a position held since 2013. Previously, Dugan worked as a Process Engineering Manager at Microchip Technology from 2002 to 2013, and as an Associate Process Engineer at National Semiconductor from 1979 to 1989, including a year at their South Portland, Maine plant. Before that, Dugan was the Etch Module Manager at Fujitsu from 1989 to 2002, contributing to both the start-up and shut-down teams during the sale of the building to Microchip. Dugan holds an AAS in Electronics Technology from Salt Lake Community College and a BS in Business from Warner Pacific College.
