Darshith Prakash is an experienced engineer currently serving as Engineer II at Microchip Technology Inc. since January 2023. Previously, Darshith worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the RISING Lab at The University of Florida from September 2021 to December 2022, focusing on hardware/software exploration platforms for automotive vehicular attacks, including ranging sensor and V2X communication attacks. Prior to that, Darshith was a Software Engineer at GlobalLogic from July 2017 to December 2020, where expertise was applied in developing simulators for the vehicle telematics domain and creating a new tool for test results integration that enhanced application features and improved project efficiency. Darshith holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
