Eric Ching

Eric Ching is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in integrated circuit (IC) and system-on-chip (SoC) product development, currently serving as Senior Manager at Microchip Technology Inc. since August 2004. Eric Ching has been instrumental in leading efforts for Ethernet 10BASE-T1 products and contributed to key specifications for the industry. Prior experience includes managerial roles in IC architecture and embedded software at QLOGIC Corporation, and significant positions at Surgient Networks, Conexant, and V-TEL, focusing on firmware design and development across various technologies. Eric Ching holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
