Fei Li is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in FPGA architecture and software tools. Currently serving as an Associate Technical Fellow at Microchip Technology Inc. since May 2019, Fei Li previously held senior technical roles focused on FPGA architecture and design at Microsemi Corporation from November 2010 to May 2019. Prior experience includes positions as Principal Software Engineer and Senior Staff Software Engineer at Microsemi, as well as a Senior Software Engineer at Actel Corporation between August 2005 and November 2010. Fei Li began the professional career as a Research Intern at NEC Laboratories America in 2003, contributing to the development of a hierarchical compiler for a specific compilation and simulation project. Educational achievements include a PhD in Electrical Engineering from UCLA, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Fudan University.
