Howard Chang is an Associate Fellow at Microchip Technology Inc., a position held since 2021. They previously served as a Principal Engineer at PMC-Sierra starting in 2000, and as a Component Design Engineer at Intel Corp from 1997 to 2000. Howard earned a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Washington in 1997.
