Hugh Breslin

Hugh Breslin is a highly motivated and skilled engineer with extensive experience in SoC FPGA design and hardware-software co-design. Currently serving as a Senior Application Engineer and Subject Matter Expert at Microchip Technology Inc., Hugh utilizes a broad range of verification and emulation tools to support FPGA development. Previously, they held roles at Microchip Technology as an Engineer II and have also served as a Brand Ambassador at Lites Group Ltd. Hugh's leadership experience includes being Chairperson of IT Tallaght's ITTFM, where they managed campaigns and the daily operations of the society. They earned a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Institute of Technology Tallaght and have actively contributed to various student organizations throughout their education.
