Jason (Jian Xin) YE has over three decades of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a current role in the supply chain at Microchip Technology Inc. since July 2018. Prior to this, Jason worked at Microsemi Corporation as a supply chain professional from May 2016 to June 2018. Jason's earlier career includes a decade at Alpha & Omega Semiconductor, serving as Team Lead in various capacities related to Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supplier Management. Jason began professional experience at NEC Electronics, holding multiple positions from August 1991 to March 2004, including Team Lead of Engineering/Quality/Manufacturing in Wafer Fabrication and roles as a Wafer Process Engineer and Product and Testing Engineer. Educationally, Jason obtained a Master of Science in Semiconductor Devices and Microelectronics and a Bachelor of Science in Semiconductor Physics & Devices, both from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
