Jim McInnes is a Compiler Engineer at Microchip Technology, specializing in compiler technology and the optimization of generated code. They previously held the role of Senior Computer Scientist at Adobe Systems Canada, where they worked on AOT compilers for ActionScript and JavaScript before the projects were canceled. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Compiler Developer at IBM Canada, leading a team focused on optimizing static compilers for performance.
