Jim Thiede

Jim Thiede is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in digital engagement and customer experience. Currently serving as Associate Director at Microchip Technology Inc. since January 2022, Jim has previously held key leadership positions including Vice President of Marketing at Cadence Senior Living and Senior District Director of Sales & Marketing at Brookdale, overseeing sales and marketing efforts across multiple states. With a strong foundation in strategic marketing developed during roles at Emdeon, Analog Devices, ON Semiconductor, and Motorola, Jim has successfully managed and executed comprehensive marketing strategies and digital initiatives. Jim holds a B.S. in Business with a focus on Marketing Management from Northern Arizona University, a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
