Joseph Wagner, CPIM, is a Senior Operations Manager at Microchip Technology in Boulder, where they currently lead operations. With extensive experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing, Joseph has a proven track record of achieving high performance in quality, cost, and delivery. Prior to their current position, they served as Supply Chain Integration Manager at CACI International, and as Materials Manager at LGS Innovations, where they achieved significant inventory accuracy and optimized procurement processes. Joseph also held the role of Materials and Distribution Services Manager at Brooks Automation, successfully enhancing supplier relationships and managing effective distribution strategies. They are pursuing a degree at San Diego State University.
