Lucy Salter is a qualified Level 2 ICF Coach and Learning and Development professional with line management experience. Currently serving as a Principal Training Specialist at Microchip Technology Inc., Lucy designs and facilitates training for all employee levels, including coaching and mentoring programs. Previously, Lucy worked as an Artist Manager at DNEG and in various technical roles in the visual effects industry, where they developed a strong understanding of talent development and career growth. With a passion for mental health and overall wellbeing, Lucy founded DNEG's employee-led mental health group in 2019 to support and destigmatize mental health issues in the workplace. Lucy's education includes a Master's degree in Computer Animation and ongoing studies in coaching and counselling skills.
