Lyndon Pattison is a seasoned professional in RF engineering, with extensive experience spanning over two decades. As the co-founder and Director & Senior Design Engineer at ICONIC RF from January 2018 to June 2025, Lyndon led a team focused on innovative design and rapid prototyping solutions. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at Queen's University Belfast, a Senior Principal Design Engineer at MACOM where Lyndon oversaw GaN on Si technology development, and positions at Celeritek and Mimix Broadband, leading design teams on high-efficiency power amplifiers.
