Lynn Stephan

Lynn Stephan, CPTD, has extensive experience in training and organizational development, currently serving as the Senior Manufacturing Training and Organizational Development Manager at Microchip Technology Inc. since August 1997, overseeing training for production environments across multiple facilities in Oregon, Arizona, and Colorado. Prior to this role, Lynn was the Training Supervisor at Motorola SPS from 1994 to July 1997, responsible for designing and delivering training in semiconductor fabrication while managing a team of trainers and document control specialists. Lynn holds a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
