Mark Bohm

Mark Bohm is a Technical Fellow at Microchip Technology, where they focus on evaluating market opportunities and developing product architectures. With a background in engineering and a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from California State University, Chico, Mark has held various roles, including Principal Systems Architect at Standard Microsystems Corporation and Director of Systems Engineering at SMSC. Their expertise spans SoC architecture, power management, and technical documentation, while also participating in industry standards organizations, notably leading the USB-IF HSIC interface standard. Mark has additionally served as Mayor Pro-tem for the Village of Bear Creek.
