Michelle Chen is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Principal Engineer in Wafer Foundry Management at Microchip Technology Inc. since January 2017, Michelle has also held key roles at Atmel Corporation, progressing from Sr. Foundry Quality Engineer to Staff Foundry Quality Engineer since February 2013. Prior experience includes a position as Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer at Skyworks from August 2008 to November 2012 and a role as Process Integration Engineer at TSMC from June 2006 to August 2008. Michelle holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from National Tsing Hua University, completed in 2006 and 2004, respectively.
