Michelle Pepe is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, communications, and event management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Digital Marketing at Microchip Technology Inc. since January 2011, Michelle has developed comprehensive campaign strategies that integrate digital and print advertising, social media, and other channels to effectively penetrate target B2B markets. Prior roles at Microchip include Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Communications Manager, along with experience as a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist after the acquisition of SMSC.
