Mike Baird is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as a Power Integrity Engineer and formerly as an I/O Design Engineer at Microchip Technology Inc. since November 2011, Mike has played a vital role in advancing power integrity solutions. Prior to this, Mike accumulated over a decade of experience at Freescale Semiconductor in various engineering roles, including Design Engineer, Product Engineer, and ESD Device Engineer, from May 1999 to October 2011. Educationally, Mike holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, completed between 2001 and 2002, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the same institution, earned between 1997 and 2000.
